More innuendo than novelty per se.  This, by the way, is from a later Dr. D episode, although the tape is simply labeled "Dr. Demento 1985," so I can't tell you much else, other than I definitely wasn't recording whole episodes.

*I'm surprised I haven't used this genre tag before.  Wikipedia says "blues," but that doesn't seem quite right.
