21st Century Top 40

It's unlikely that I'll have any more music to review from this century, especially from mix-tapes, although there might be something on the handful of burnt CDs I have.  So here's the best of the last twenty years or so, even if I don't own anything from 2014 onward.  The first eight are B+s, then the next 27 are B's, and I've picked five of my favorite B-s:
