The title track isn't listed on the case and is in fact a forty-two-second instrumental with ocean sounds. Of the fifteen tracks on this album, eight get C+ and seven get B-, so I guess it's right on that border. Definitely not a bad album but disappointing, as if by the mid '90s they'd forgotten what at times made them great.
