"If you haven't figured out how my mind works, sit there a second, I can give you some tips."  So, yes, the suggestive title is intentional, but there's more going on here, about satisfaction on more than one level, as in "When we kiss, I'm only halfway there."  "Now I'm out of cigarettes and excuses."  I've been there, and I don't even smoke.  "I know however I handle it, I'm gonna feel bad," probably the line that sporadically carried me through that decade.
