They went out for a fresh supply of refrigerator magnets and came up with a good simile, although not a complete sentence.  This album ranges from C to B+, averaging out to a B-.  It remains both very '90s and very '70s-Rolling-Stones throwback.  Not all of it works, but sometimes you get what you give.
