1990s Top Forty

I don't know if I have any '90s music on my remaining Best Ofs (although I do on at least one mix-tape), and since I don't even have any albums from 2000 (2001 is a different matter), it's a good time to do the Top Forty for the 1990s.  There's only one A-, nine B+s, and then the rest are some of the better B's:
