This might be a B- if it just were produced better, like the rest of the album. Ranging from C- to B-, Julian's sophomore effort averages out to a C+. Perhaps I was blinded by my crush at 18, but this music doesn't hold up as well as I hoped, although, yes, the tape will stick around.
