Don't tell me that the opening isn't Jacksonian!  The song is overall Thriller-esque, but more sexual of course, although not to Prince-levels.  This album is definitely uneven in quality and style, ranging from C- to B+, averaging out to B-.  It seems like they sometimes lost their way, moving from past to present, but when they had it, they had it.
