And where are the clowns? There ought to be clowns. Well, maybe next year.
Although there are only nine songs on this album, they are really all over the place in terms of quality and style, perhaps reflecting turmoil in the music industry and the world at large, as well as inside Mr. Joel. They range from C to B+ and average out to a B-. And, yes, I'm glad he'd set aside the jazz rock.
