A dance number vaguely connected to the Beatles. And indeed, for the most part this isn't really what you might expect for "Beatlesongs." The eclectic album ranges from C- to B, averaging out (with or without the Rutles song) to a C+. It might be worth getting, especially with the controversial record jacket, but you can probably live without most of these songs, unless you're a big novelty and/or Beatles fan.
*Who knew I'd finally have to break out that genre tag in the '80s? But I don't think I own any Beach Boys or similar.
