Well, every 1 is a winner after all. And this is the Bowie-est disco/funk band I've ever heard, easily outclassing poor Tavares, even not counting "You Sexy Thing."
The nine songs I am reviewing for this album today range from C+ to B, averaging to a B-. If this were vinyl or cassette, I'd recommend just playing Side Two, although Side One isn't bad.
