A perfectly satisfying funky groove spoiled by words. The initials stand for "Dance Music Sex Romance," but that's not where I have the issue. I don't want to be told to "work my body like a whore," and I find the ending, where a woman calls for help, disturbing. (This is no baby laugh.) I'll admit that there's always this strange edge to Prince, but he and the band are out-Parliamenting Parliament Funkadelic for awhile here otherwise.
