Here's a little song to make you feel right.  While New Wave had definitely arrived, this is such a late '70s song, there in my first month of high school.  I would've known their Breakfast in America album pretty well by then, but three years later I was still more reliant on the radio than my own licorice-pizza purchases.  So I'm not sure when I got this record (for $3.99).  It apparently got bad reviews then and later, but I have to say that among my soft-rock groups, they've aged better than Journey for instance.
