Just when you think that it's gonna be "Play TFM," Part 3, WC gets as much innuendo out of the title as Bootsy Collins could've, and the line "The hell with Woodstock, I'm goin' on Soul Train" made me laugh out in surprise.
This album ranges from C+ to A-, averaging out to a B-. Not everything works, but when the band, especially lead singer Rob Parissi, lets loose with the playfulness and serious musical chops, it seems a shame they would break up by decade's end.
