Catchy, with Paul doing siren sounds, and I like the juxtaposition of "the mean individual"* in a poor neighborhood, but the song is possibly racist, with the locals crying, "Lord, Lord!"
*This time I got a vision of Donald Trump's limo stalling on the way to Studio 54, and now I can't unsee it.
