As you've probably guessed by now, I particularly like my songs meta with a good beat you can dance to.  Things this song is:

1. A man having a discussion with himself, in past and present and maybe future (Till you die?  Till you die)
2. That song that makes everyone eventually go, "Wait, he's white?", even though it's in the chorus (although not the title, even parenthetically)
3. An ass-shaker and a head-scratcher
4. A Ford era plea to both smooth over and celebrate our differences
