No, this is funk, according to Wikipedia and my own butt. Not only does the song have the beat of funk, but the falsetto "rollycoasters" are juxtaposed with the "Say whats?" and other remarks in a deeper, joking tone. Funk didn't take itself as seriously as disco, but I'm not complaining that this song is on a "disco" album, because in '75 things were blurrier than they would be later in the decade, and because there's never a bad time for this song. (Well, maybe on an actual rollercoaster.)
