This honestly doesn't even feel like parody, so I'm not judging it by humour but just as a mellow Lennony song. (Although it's Paul who's viciously mocked onscreen.)
I gave All You Is Cash a B+ (https://reviewingeverytvshowiown.blogspot.com/2016/07/the-rutles-all-you-need-is-cash.html) and I think the songs work better in context with the visuals and the story (such as that is). Still, this album ranges from C+ to B+, averaging out to a B-.
