Well, this isn't as cringey as I remembered, but the ex-hubby and I in the late '80s and early '90s used the phrase "Hollyweird Squares" as shorthand for trying too hard to be funny.  ("French & Saunders" was a synonym.)  I bought this album (for $2.99) because it features a Hollywood Squares parody and because Pickett did "The Monster Mash."
