It looks like the story behind the song (as told on Wikipedia) is more interesting than the song, but it is one of George's better songs.
I just noticed that on the back cover, under the thanks to George Martin et al., they've misspelled Peter Brown's last name as "Bown." No wonder he'd go on to write a scathing tell-all.
