Another argument for this being from the second half rather than the first of '67, this plays like another novelty number, especially with the high-pitched "Hippie! Hippie!" back-up. If the lyrics were better or more distinguishable, this might even be a B, but I will note that I did catch a line about being able to explain Dylan lyrics.
