Apparently, there were some growing pains on the way from the early '30s to the late '30s, not that this isn't an interesting entry in the Minnie saga:

"Oh, Mr. Toscanini, please get hot and swing for Minnie, when you broadcast on your radio.  Min says you'll find improvement in your ninth Beethoven movement, if you swing it with a hi-de-ho."

And, no, I don't know why it's "Paganini" in the title.
