One of John's answer songs to his own "I'm Only Sleeping," this captures the frustration of being unable to get sleep when you crave it, when you can't shut off your brain, whether or not it's because of some you could call or for other reasons. "I'd give you everything I've got for a little peace of mind!" And I love how it swings from weariness to ranting and back again.
