For that very small pool of people who are amused by the idea of Wink Martindale with blue balls.  (The song was covered by various artists, Slim Whitman and Ray Charles among them, from the '20s to somehow the very post-chaperone era of the '80s.)  I don't know if this is technically country but I don't know what genre it is, since it's not "pop" or "rock & roll" or anything else that was recognized in the '50s.  And, yes, the ex and I would quote "She brings her uncles, her cousins, she's got 'em by the dozens."
